Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We prefer it to be returned in the original packaging if possible.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We do not accept the return of:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Intimate articles
  • Articles made on commission for specific and/or personal requirements unless damaged during shipping.

To complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You will find the return address on the receipt included with your purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted at our own discretion:

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company again, bearing in mind that a refund will normally appear in your account 3 to 4 days after the refund transaction.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not usually maintain a stock of several of the same article to be able to make an identical substitution so you may have to choose a different colour/pattern etc. as a replacement.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to your email address. Be sure to let us have that address along with your returned gift. All conditions for returned goods apply also to gifted articles.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service, shipping insurance or registered mail. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
